Elijah Noel has been practicing law since 1972 and specializes in civil and commercial litigation and business law with concentration in property tax and employment law. He has experience representing governmental bodies, corporations and other business entities.
Along with his work at Harris Shelton, Mr. Noel is a delinquent tax attorney for Shelby County. A Memphis native, he was recognized by his alma mater as an inductee into the Memphis Catholic High School Hall of Fame. Members of this exclusive group are selected on the basis of their personal accomplishments, support of or involvement with activities of interest to the school and contributions to the community. He is also a life member and former legal redress committee chair for the Memphis branch of the NAACP.
