Tricia M.Y. Tweel concentrates her practice in a variety of areas. Her experience in estate planning includes living wills, last will and testaments, and powers of attorneys for finances and health care. Her experience with trusts includes creation, modification and termination under the Tennessee Uniform Trust Code. In addition, Ms. Tweel practices probate administration in the areas of decedent’s estates, conservatorships of disabled adults’ persons and/or estates, guardianships of minor’s estates, and residential real estate.
