William Wyatt practices civil litigation. He regularly represents municipalities in matters involving employment law, civil rights law and tort law, and he represents health care providers in the defense of medical malpractice lawsuits. Mr. Wyatt also handles matters in the areas of workers’ compensation, premises liability, construction liability, insurance coverage disputes and insurance defense.
Prior to joining Harris Shelton, Mr. Wyatt was an associate at McWhirter, Wyatt & Elder, PLLC., from 2006 to 2012.
