Allison concentrates her practice is the areas of commercial and industrial real estate, commercial real estate leasing (both landlord and tenant) and commercial financing/lending, with a focus on commercial real estate transactions representing both developers and lenders.

Allison has been practicing since 1998 and has extensive experience representing developers in hotel, office, industrial and multi-family projects, as well as institutional lenders and regional banks in structured financings, including tax incentive financing (TIF) and payment in lieu of taxes (PILOT) transactions.

Allison has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America every year since 2009.  She currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for Lambda International – Memphis Chapter, one of only two (2) women to ever serve in that role.

In addition to her practice, Allison is married to her law-school sweetheart, Greg, is mom to their two children, Charlie and Mary Grove, and enjoys supporting her hometown Memphis on various boards and community involvements.
