Barbara Lapides has been practicing law in the Memphis area for more than 25 years. A former attorney for Hanover, Walsh, Jalenak & Blair PLLC, she joined Harris Shelton when the two firms combined in 2008. Her background is in real estate law, including matters such as the acquisition and disposition of businesses, resolution of business disputes, clients seeking payment in lieu of taxes and the sale, purchase, financing and leasing interest in real property. She also represented several municipalities in the greater Memphis area.
