Chad Roberts enjoys helping people and solving complicated problems. Professionally he does this through business and estate planning. For over a decade, he has helped clients establish businesses, develop plans to reduce taxes, sell successful businesses, purchase a new business, and plan for transition from one generation to the next. He has also worked with families in drafting trusts and wills, and helping to develop estate planning strategies to transfer assets to children, charities, and other beneficiaries. Chad also has a strong history of working with the IRS and state taxing authorities in resolving tax disputes.

Chad became a tax lawyer because of a nerdy love for the tax code and the desire to help people save money and plan for the future. Over the course of his practice, he has developed friendships with clients that provide him with opportunities to offer advice that has saved them millions of dollars and provided peace-of-mind in knowing their legal affairs are handled and prepared.

Chad has also supported clients through the intimidating process of fighting audits by the IRS or a state taxing authority. With the experience of carrying numerous cases through the appeals and litigation process, he has reached numerous successful resolutions for his clients.
