Charles “Chuck” Drennon has more than 35 years of experience and is focused on developing long-term relationships with his clients and helping them navigate business transactions in an efficient manner that aligns with their individual and company objectives. Chuck concentrates his practice in the areas of business and corporate law including entity formation and organization, real estate law, including commercial real estate lending, acquisition, sales and leasing transactions, and merger and acquisition transactions.

Chuck also served as outside Regional Counsel for the Southeastern, South Central and Mid-America Regions of Browning-Ferris Industries, Inc., an international public company traded on the NYSE in the waste collection, disposal and recycling businesses, providing corporate legal services in relation to the operations and hundreds of acquisitions and landfill development projects by BFI in these Regions.
