Russell White began practicing law in Florida in 1978 and in Tennessee in 2014. He represents clients in the areas of business and corporate law, estate planning, probate and trusts, and real estate law. Before moving to Memphis, Russell worked at a firm in Fort Lauderdale, Florida for 30 years, practicing in the areas of commercial litigation, probate, probate litigation, real estate negotiations and closings (commercial and residential), title insurance, estate planning, municipal and administrative law, lease negotiations, foreclosures, collections, landlord/tenant law, creditor-side bankruptcy, appeals and business law. During this time, he also served as city attorney for the City of Oakland Park, and as general counsel to Broward County Board of Rules and Appeals, the agency charged with the enforcement of the Florida Building Code in Broward County.
A resident of the Lakeland community, Russell enjoys spending time with his family. He is a member of Second Presbyterian Church where he teaches Sunday school and Bible study groups. His hobbies include traveling, watching sports and reading. He played college baseball and basketball for the University of Chicago.
