For more than a decade, Tricia M.Y. Tweel has focused her energy on serving clients who have estate planning, probate and trust needs.  She understands that establishing a will, trust or estate plan is sometimes stressful, but uses her experience and calm demeanor to assist clients through this process. She understands that every client has unique goals when it comes to estate planning and she works diligently and efficiently to help them achieve their desired outcome. Whether her clients need a simple or complex will or trust, living will, or power of attorney, she is ready to assist. Her experience in estate planning extends to the modification and termination of trusts under the Tennessee Uniform Trust Code.

When dealing with probate administration, she finds great meaning in talking to her clients and being a reassuring voice during one of the most difficult times of their lives: the loss of a loved one. She also enjoys assisting clients with establishing conservatorships for disabled adults or guardianships for minor’s estates.

Originally from East Tennessee, Tricia moved to Memphis in 2002 to attend The University of Memphis School of Law and fell in love with the city.  She cannot imagine living anywhere else. She enjoys spending time with her family and eating her favorite meal, brunch, at any one of the great Memphis restaurants.
