Warren Stafford’s background in business and corporate law can benefit you, whether you are starting your business, a seasoned entrepreneur or you are in the process of buying/selling a business. Warren obtained his MBA after earning a degree in Economics.  He uses the skills gained from both his MBA and undergraduate degree to help business owners navigate their everchanging needs.  He has represented clients from initial formation and general corporate affairs to private capital raising, private investment, and mergers and acquisition transactions.

In addition to his business and corporate practice, Warren has extensive experience in real estate law. He has closed on a variety of real estate transactions, ranging from first time homebuyers to multimillion-dollar hotels. Warren also enjoys helping business owners and individuals with their estate planning, trust and probate needs.

Prior to joining Harris Shelton, Warren worked as a law clerk in the Mississippi Supreme Court for Justice Josiah Coleman. He received a master’s degree in business and juris doctor from The University of Mississippi. During his time there, he served as a teaching assistant in an organizational development class as part of his MBA assistantship and was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.

Warren takes his commitment to serve the Memphis community seriously. He serves as a “Big Brother” in Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Memphis and is always looking for opportunities to give back to the community.

Warren is an avid traveler. He has traveled to Brazil, India, Mexico, El Salvador, France, and Spain.  Additionally, he is conversational in Spanish and Portuguese.
