George T. Wheeler, Jr.

George Wheeler concentrates his practice in the areas of health law, civil litigation, personal injury litigation, commercial litigation, business law and litigation, and trademark registration and litigation. He has significant experience in these areas and in drafting and negotiating physician-hospital arrangements and contracts; providing legal counsel to various hospitals, physician groups and other health care providers; in registration and protection of trademarks; and in negotiating, drafting and enforcement of contracts for businesses and individuals. In addition, he has an active litigation practice with extensive experience in personal injury and business litigation and arbitration, representing both plaintiffs and defendants.

Before joining the Harris Shelton team in 1977, Mr. Wheeler worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Harry Wellford, U.S. District Court Judge for the Western District of Tennessee.
