Hannah Scruggs concentrates her practice on civil litigation with a focus on health care litigation and personal injury defense. She is a zealous advocate with a commitment to obtaining the best possible outcome for her clients.

Hannah believes that the best legal representation comes from not only skill and preparation but also a genuine commitment to client care. She values the collaborative and client-focused culture at Harris Shelton, where integrity and hard work drive results for clients.

Before joining Harris Shelton, Hannah gained valuable experience as a law clerk at Apperson Crump, PLC, and the Office of the Tennessee Attorney General.

Outside the office, Hannah is actively involved in her community, volunteering with Race for Reconciliation, a nonprofit dedicated to closing education, employment, and economic gaps in Memphis. She is also a dedicated partner of OneCity Church, where she serves monthly.
