Jerry Potter believes good results in the courtroom and in life occur because of hard work, preparation, attention to the details, and always doing the right thing. After spending more than 40 years as a trial lawyer, Jerry is passionate about helping parties through the mediation process decide how they want to resolve their cases. As a Rule 31 mediator, he has mediated over 3000 civil cases since 1997.

Jerry has received several honors and recognitions, including being named a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, as well as being named a Best Lawyers “Lawyer of the Year for Memphis” and making the Super Lawyers list as a Top 100 Tennessee Attorney in the Mid-South since 2006.
