Kannon C. Conway

Kannon Conway is a civil litigation attorney with 20 years of experience helping clients achieve successful results in disputed matters. Mr. Conway has served as lead counsel in many cases, including eminent domain actions, personal injury, construction, property litigation, business disputes, and breach of contract actions.

Mr. Conway routinely advises and represents property owners whose property is being taken by governmental entities. He is one of the few lawyers in Tennessee who practices eminent domain law and is the current Tennessee-affiliate member of the Owners’ Counsel of America, a nationwide network of leading eminent domain lawyers dedicated to representing property owners in eminent domain and condemnation cases.
