Kannon Conway is a civil litigation attorney with 17 years of experience helping clients achieve successful results in disputed matters. He has served as lead counsel in many cases, including personal injury, construction, property disputes, and eminent domain actions.

Mr. Conway is one of the few lawyers in Shelby County who practices eminent domain law and is the current Tennessee-affiliate member of the Owners’ Counsel of America, a nationwide network of leading eminent domain lawyers dedicated to representing property owners in eminent domain and condemnation cases.

In addition, Mr. Conway maintains an active business litigation and personal injury defense practice dedicated to providing in-depth counsel with a client-focused approach. As a defense attorney, Mr. Conway regularly defends hospitals, clinics and physicians in health care liability actions. Mr. Conway was honored to be included in the list of Rising Stars in Tennessee in the field of business litigation from 2012 through 2020. His peers selected him for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America in 2020 and 2021 in the field of personal injury defense.
