Kirkland Bible

Kirkland Bible represents clients in health care liability defense, civil litigation, commercial litigation, and domestic relations matters. She approaches every case with the belief that effective advocacy begins with understanding a client’s goals and the bigger picture, pairing a detail-oriented approach with a practical, strategic focus on the issues that will ultimately drive the outcome. Her aim is to provide candid guidance and strong advocacy while developing a strategy tailored to the unique circumstances of each case.

Kirkland earned her undergraduate degree from Sewanee: The University of the South, where she graduated cum laude, cheered for the Sewanee Tigers, and served as a member of the admissions committee. She went on to attend the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where she served on the Editorial Board of the Law Review and received the Dean’s Award for Excellence: Best Appellate Brief.

Outside of work, Kirkland spends much of her time with her two young children and stays active in the community. An avid reader, she belongs to several book clubs and enjoys hiking and the outdoors—a lifelong passion that began with childhood summers in Rocky Mountain National Park and continues today at her family’s cabin on the Spring River. She plays competitive tennis and recently advanced with her USTA team to the state championships.
