Mary Kathryn Brogan is dedicated to helping clients navigate estate planning, probate, and business litigation with care and strategic insight. She gained valuable experience as a law clerk for Harris Shelton and as a student attorney at the University of Mississippi School of Law’s Transactional Law Clinic. She also held internships that broadened her understanding of legal strategy across various industries. In her practice, her goal is to provide clarity and confidence to clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout the legal process.

Mary Kathryn values working alongside Harris Shelton’s team of skilled professionals who share a dedication to providing excellent legal representation. Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis and pickleball, attending concerts, and traveling. Her international adventures have taken her to England, Italy, France, Scotland, Switzerland, Ireland, and Peru – destinations she hopes to continue adding to in the future.
