Taylor B. Davidson

He has defended health care facilities, hospitals, and health care professionals in numerous matters. He has also defended insureds of insurance companies in litigation involving personal injury, property damage, premises liability, automobile accidents, and trucking accidents.

Taylor is detail-oriented and client-focused, which allows him to effectively advocate for his clients and address their goals and concerns throughout the litigation process. He is able to offer practical solutions to complex problems, whether in aid of resolving ongoing litigation or avoiding future litigation. He has represented clients in civil litigation in state court, federal court, and administrative matters. He has obtained defense verdicts in jury trials in state and federal court and obtained positive outcomes at the appellate level. He also provides estate planning services.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with his wife, Rebekah, and their children, Liza, Barrett, and Cole. He enjoys traveling, SCUBA diving, and supporting the Memphis Grizzlies and Tottenham Hotspur.
