Will Wyatt devotes the majority of his practice to representing municipalities. He has extensive experience defending municipalities, their officers and employees in civil rights cases, employment cases, inverse condemnation cases, and Governmental Tort Liability Act cases. He also advises municipalities on issues concerning ordinances, contracts, public records requests, and day-to-day operations. In addition to municipalities, Will represents corporate and individual clients in matters involving construction, workers’ compensation liability, and medical malpractice defense.

He uses his skills to analyze a case and prepare a litigation strategy that best positions the client to obtain a favorable outcome, working in partnership with his clients to understand the minute details in order to help achieve positive solutions for their legal matters. Will has been listed as a Rising Star in the field of state, local and municipal law by Mid-South Super Lawyers for seven years and has been selected by his peers for inclusion in the Best Lawyers in America in 2021 and 2022.

Outside of the office, Will enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He also supports the Ronald McDonald House of Memphis and has served as a committee member for its annual Clays for Kids fundraising event.
